Congressional Members ask Leadership for ELD Delay

On December 7, Representative Roger Marshall (R-KS-1) submitted a letter with 66 house colleagues from both sides of the aisle asking House leadership to support an ELD Delay for livestock and insect haulers.

The house letter follows a Senate letter from December 5, when 20 Senators, led by Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) and Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND), asked Senate leadership for a ELD delay for livestock and insect haulers.

LMA encourages its membership to reach out to their legislative representatives and ask for their support of an ELD delay.
