Bred to Jorgensen Angus Bulls, The Parker’s have used the tradition of Jorgensen Genetics for the last 22 years to build a cowherd with a strong maternal base that focuses on performance with feed efficiency. They are due to calve March 10th and were exposed to the bulls for 80 days, Cows are on an annual Fall Virashield 6+VL5 and poured with Ivermectin twice a year throughout their entire lives. They are all Home Raised and were bred and developed to forage on a variety of native grasses and cornstalks during the winter. The cows are high volume, easy fleshing, with great dispositions as you will notice on the videos online. The cows are on salt and mineral and are cake & electric fence broke. The calves have sold on Western Video Market for many years, all steer calves have delivered the end of October, historically weigh 585# off the cows, Only the middle cut of the heifers sold on video and averaged 565#, Complete Dispersion of 30 years of Genetic Selection & Advancement.
