Joplin Regional Stockyards (Missouri)
LMA-member market, Joplin Regional Stockyards, is hosting a benefit auction. Benefits will be split between the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation Fire Relief Fund and Kansas Livestock Association. Holton Livestock Exchange (Kansas)
LMA-member market, Holton Livestock Exchange, Inc., will be hosting a rollover calf auction to benefit farmers/ranchers affected by wildfires in Kansas. The auction will be March 14 at 12:30 p.m., and proceeds will go to Kansas Livestock Association Foundation Disaster Relief.
Emporia Livestock Sales (Kansas)
LMA-member market, Emporia Livestock Sales, will be hosting a rollover calf auction to benefit those affected by the wildfires. The steer will be donated by Arndt Farms of Emporia, KS.
OKC West Livestock Market (Oklahoma)
LMA-member market, OKC West Livestock Market LLC, will be hosting a rollover calf auction on March 15 to benefit victims of the wildfires in Oklahoma. The auction will begin at noon. Give them a call if you cannot attend but would like to donate. Proceeds will go to the relief fund established by the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation.
Sterling Livestock Commission Co. (Colorado)
LMA-member market, Sterling Livestock Commission Co., will host a charity rollover calf auction to benefit wildfire relief efforts in Colorado. The auction will be March 15 at 12:30 p.m. Proceeds will go into a special account which will be used to purchase fence supplies at distributor’s cost. Wichita Livestock Sales Co. (Texas)

Woodward Livestock Auction (Oklahoma)
LMA-member market, Woodward Livestock Auction, will auction off at least 3 head of cattle at noon Thursday, March 16. Proceeds will benefit farmers/ranchers affected by the Oklahoma wildfires.

LMA-member market, Dunlap Livestock Auction, will host a rollover calf auction Friday, March 17 beginning at 12:00 p.m.

LMA-member market, Livestock Exchange, in Brush, Colo., will host a rollover calf auction on Friday, March 17 beginning at 1:30 p.m. The calf will be donated by Tyler Knode.
Montgomery Stockyards (Alabama)
LMA-member market, Montgomery Stockyards, will host a rollover calf auction Monday, March 20, to benefit farmers and ranchers affected by the wildfires in Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and Texas.
Farmers and Ranchers Livestock (Kansas)
LMA-member market, Farmers and Ranchers Livestock, will host a rollover auction to benefit wildfire victims in Kansas. Fink Beef Genetics will donate a bull to be sold at the beginning of the cow sale (12:00 p.m.).
Imperial Livestock Auction (Nebraska)
LMA-member market, Imperial Livestock Auction, will host a rollover calf auction to benefit those affected by wildfires.
Vernon Livestock Market (Texas)

LMA-member market, Parsons Livestock, will host a rollover calf auction on March 22 beginning at 1:00 p.m. The O’Toole family will be donating the steer sold in the rollover calf auction.

LMA-member market, Centennial Livestock, will host a rollover calf auction to benefit those affected by wildfires. The auction will start at 12:00 p.m.
Marysville Livestock (Kansas)
LMA member-market, Marysville Livestock, will host a rollover calf auction to benefit victims of the wildfire. A steer will be sold on March 23 at 12:00 p.m., and proceeds will go to the Kansas Livestock Foundation.
Paris Stockyard (Kentucky)
LMA member-market, Paris Stockyard, will be hosting a rollover calf auction to support wildfire relief on March 23rd. A calf will be donated by Michael Ross. The stockyard will also donate $1 for every animal sold that day.
Pratt Livestock (Kansas)
LMA-member market, Pratt Livestock, will have a benefit auction to raise money for those affected by the wildfire in Clark and Commanche counties. The auction will be on March 23 at 12:00 p.m. and proceeds will go to the Kansas Livestock Foundation.
Paola Livestock Auction (Kansas)
LMA-member market, Paola Livestock Auction, will have a rollover calf auction on Friday, March 24 to benefit wildfire victims. Bourquin Farms will be donating a Black Angus steer for the rollover auction and the sale will start at 2:00 p.m. Additionally, the market will be accepting monetary donations, and those interested can donate without being present at the sale. Manhattan Livestock Commission Co. (Kansas)
LMA-member market, Manhattan Commission Co., will be selling a Registered OCV Simm/Angus open replacement heifer, donated by River Creek Farms, Manhattan, KS and a replacement heifer, donated by Garrett and Gary Preedy, Waverly, KS in a progressive rollover auction.
The proceeds will benefit the Kansas Livestock Foundation Wildfire Relief Fund, which will assist ranchers affected by recent wildfires across the state. Cherokee Sales Co. (Oklahoma)
LMA member-market, Cherokee Sales Co., in Cherokee, Okla., will host a rollover calf auction for wildfire relief. Kripple E Cattle Co., owned by Kyle and Kelsy Eastwood, donated a heifer to auction off, and the heifer will sell on Wednesday, March 29 at 11 a.m. Proceeds will go to the relief fund established by the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation.
Winter Livestock – Dodge City (Kansas)
LMA-member market, Winter Livestock, will be hosting a progressive steer auction at 12:00 p.m. to raise funds for those affected by the recent wildfires. Fairview Sale Barn (Illinois)
LMA member-market, Fairview Sale Barn, will have a sale of selected items and the proceeds will be donated to the Western Agriculture Wild Fire Victims. The items to be auctioned off are a feeder calf is donated by Jake and Laura Fidler; a framed picture of your choice drawn by Robin Ewalt and donated by Robin Ewalt and Fairview Sale Barn (see the sale barn web page for a sample of her excellent work); and 50 bales of third cutting hay from Duane White. Wahoo Livestock Commission Co. (Nebraska)
LMA-member market, Wahoo Livestock Commission, LLC, is hosting a rollover calf auction to benefit relief efforts for victims of the wildfires that scorched over 2300 square miles in parts of Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico. The fires destroyed hundreds of miles of fences, farm equipment, barns, outbuildings and dozens of homes, as well as killing thousands of cattle. The Benefit Auction is being held during the sale on March 31, 2017 at approximately 1:00 pm. All proceeds will be donated through Saunders County Livestock Association with the focus being to provide fencing materials to the Ranchers affected by the fire.

LMA-member market, Kalona Sales Barn, will host a rollover calf auction and special sale as a benefit for wildfire relief on April 20. The rollover calf auction will start at 1:00 p.m. All proceeds in the Roll Over Calf Auction will be used to provide fencing materials to wildfire victims in Kansas. APRIL – NORTH DAKOTA CATTLE DRIVE
The NDFB Foundation is accepting heifer donations, through the help of sale barns across the state, with 100 percent of the proceeds going directly to help producers impacted by the wildfires.

LMA-member market, Oklahoma National Stockyards Company, will collect donations for the next two weeks during the auctions. Donations can be made at the credit desk to benefit victims of the wildfires in Oklahoma. The proceeds will be put in the Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Foundation wildfire relief fund to be distributed.
Floydada Livestock Sales (Texas)
LMA-member market, Floydada Livestock Sales, is partnering with Floydada FFA to collect donations (fencing supplies and feed or monetary donations to be used for those things) to benefit farmers/ranchers affected by wildfires in Texas. Additional Relief Efforts
There is a need for milk replacer for calves that have lost their mothers in the wildfire. If you are so inclined to donate a bag, Ashland Feed and Seed said they can take credit card orders over the phone. A bag costs $44.50. Their number is (620) 635-2856. To make in-kind donations, call KLA at (785) 273-5115. Cash donations can be made through the Kansas Livestock Foundation (KLF), KLA’s charitable arm, by going to http://www.kla.org/donationform.aspx.
There is an immediate need for hay, feed, fencing supplies, individuals willing to provide trucking, etc. for the farmers and ranchers devastated by yesterday’s fires. Donations should be taken to CHS Grainland in Haxtun. A loader and scale are both available, if needed. Contact Rick Unrein 970-520-3565 for more information about dropping off donations. Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, who is overseeing the livestock supply points, has told us they now have an ample supply of hay and feed to meet ranchers needs for the next 2-3 weeks. If you’re loaded or on the way, you’re still more than welcome, but if you’re still in the planning stages, please give them a call first.
Fencing supplies are still needed, as are monetary donations to support ranchers in the future. Fencing supplies can go to the AgriLife supply points. Monetary donations can be made to the Texas Dept. of Agriculture STAR Fund.
Three supply points have been established to collect donated hay. Each has been listed below. If you have hay that you can donate and transport to either supply point, please contact the location directly prior to transportation.
